Shipping policy

On FAISHA STORE, you can choose to pick-up the ordered products by yourself from the nearest pick-up station which will be assigned to you when you have successfully ordered any products. You can then go and pickup your products within 1-2days of placing order.

Note: we'll contact you when your products are ready to be picked up.

We also have door delivery and external deliveries as well this means that your products will be delivered to your home or office address at a little delivery cost depending on your delivery location. Door delivery will be available between 1-7days and a delivery agent will be assigned for the delivery of your products which simultaneously we'll inform you when it's ready to be delivered.
